We are seeking strategic partners to leverage the asset and create revenues and value with a 2-5 year exit plan. Managed by RealtyLink, Inc. The estate is 12 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and 5 Minutes to Broadripple or Castleton. In 2013, The estate was home to VentureCamp in which 22 people live/worked at the estate for 2 months.
