Telkom cuts DSL, fibre data bundle prices

Johannesburg - Telecommunications company Telkom has cut its fixed line data bundle costs, the latest in a series of price reductions from the company. On Wednesday, Telkom said it has adjusted pricing for a range of its data products that include fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) and its Do Bundles on its digital subscriber line packages. Various bundle prices have been cut by more than 15%, according to Telkom. “The new Do Bundle prices start at R399 a month (reduced from R408 previously) for the Do Basic Bundle, which includes up to 2Mbps and 10GB soft cap, and goes up to R999 a month (reduced from R1 028) for the Do Elite Plus Bundle, which includes up to 40Mbps and a 100GB soft cap,” said Telkom.http://www.fin24.com/Tech/News/Telkom-cuts-DSL-fibre-data-bundle-prices-20150701
